Mr ABBOTT (NEW ENGLAND, NEW SOUTH WALES) - In view of the fact that the Government has agreed to increase the subsidy to Australian woollen manufacturers, on the ground of a problematical rise of the price of wool after the 30th June next, can the Minister representing the Minister for Trade and Customs say whether the Government proposes to increase the subsidy on wheat for poultry- farmers; alternatively, does it propose, in view of the coming rise of the price of wheat, to increase the price of eggs payable to the producer, and to subsidize the retail price?
