Mr RYAN (FLINDERS, VICTORIA) - Yesterday, an announcement was made that members of the Civil Constructional Corps would be compensated for injuries received in the course of their employment. Will the Minister for the Army grant a similar privilege to members of the Army travelling on leave to and from their units? If so, will he make the privilege retrospective?
