Mr BARNARD - I would sooner hand anything to the Minister for Labour and National Service than to the honorable member for Richmond, because, whereas I am confident that the Minister would make an excellent job of whatever I asked him to do, I could not trust the honorable member to make anything but a mess of whatever he tried to do. Honorable members of the Opposition have launched attacks against the Allied Works Council, in spite of its wonderful achievements in the short space of time that has elapsed since its establishment.
