Sir FREDERICK STEWART (PARRAMATTA, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Will the Prime Minister say whether it is correct, as reported in the press, that the head-quarters of the newly appointed Rationing Commission is to be in Melbourne? If so, why has this arrangement been made, in view of the fact that two out of three members of the commission are residents of Sydney, and there is no need to correlate the activities of the commission with those of any department already in Melbourne?
