Mr THOMPSON (New. EnglandAssistant Minister) . -in reply -The advertising charges vary according to the populations of the different States. The advertising campaign was conducted last year by the Apple and Pear Council through State committees, but, with a continuous advertising policy, matters such as that referred to by the honorable member for Franklin (Mr. Frost) will be overcome, because one authority will be responsible for the whole of the campaign.

Question resolved in the affirmative.
