Mr LANE - The remarks of honorable members opposite, in justifying t he tactics of the Taxation Commissioner of New South Wales, clearly prove that they are lacking to some degree in moral rectitude, inasmuch as they disapprove of the community obeying the law of the land. However, I believe that we shall find that the public servants of New South Wales are loyal to the law of the country, and that, when an election takes place in that State, its affairs will be satisfactorily adjusted.
