Mr SCULLIN (YARRA, VICTORIA) - Last week I drew the attention of the Prime Minister (Mr. Lyons) to a press cablegram in which it was stated that the Attorney-General (Mr. Latham) had declared in London that the Statute of Westminster would not be ratified so long as he was AttorneyGeneral. I also asked whether that was a decision of the Government. The Prime Minister promised me that he would ascertain exactly what the AttorneyGeneral had said on the subject. I shouldlike to know whether he has done so, and also whether the Government has decided that the Statute of Westminster shall not be ratified?
