Mr SCULLIN (Yarra) .- It would be inconsistent on the part of those honorable members who oppose the bill generally to object to this amendment. Action by the Government to place any person beyond the scope of the measure should meet with the approval of opponents of the bill. I support this amendment. It would be unwise to depart from sound principles merely on the ground of prejudice.
