Mr SPEAKER - Although each member has rights and privileges, he must not transgress those of other members. The honorable member has deliberately repeated his offence, and I warn him not to do so again.

Mr RIORDAN - Does the Government intend to give the House an opportunity of discussing the tariff schedule before the House adjourns for Easter?
