Mr THEODORE (Dalley) (Treasurer) . - The Senate has made a number of amendments, but most of them deal with the same subject; substituting for a notice published in the Gazette a regulation to he prescribed. The first amendment is the principal one, and the remainder are consequential. I see no objection to the first amendment, and I therefore move -

That the amendment be agreed to.
