Mr WIENHOLT (MORETON, QUEENSLAND) - About £13,000,000 is to be paid to the wool-growers in September and October, and a great deal of that money will be regarded by those who receive it as being in the nature of a windfall or " bunce." Some time ago the Prime Minister was very anxious to get a lot of that money by way of a forced loan, and I ask the Treasurer whether the date of the closing of the Second Peace Loan cannot be delayed, or some arrangement made, so that a portion of that money may be invested in it ?
