Senator MURPHY (New South WalesAttorneyGeneral) - I think that what has been put by me and by Senator Everett really tells against this amendment. The sense of the Parliament can make itself felt upon those who have the responsibility for making the appointments. In considering the amendment here I think that it may unnecessarily stultify us, and I propose to vote against it. I think that the argument has been clear enough on it.
