The PRESIDENT -Is leave granted? There being no objection, leave is granted.

Senator Douglas McClelland (NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for the Media) -The amendments propose to leave out reference to the Constitutional and Legal Affairs Committeewhich was re-established in the last sessional period- and consequently to change the word 'Five' in the first paragraph to 'Four'. As I have said, the need to amend the notice of motion was brought about by the reappointment on 16 August 1974 of the Standing Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs.
