Senator WRIEDT (Tasmania) (Minister for Primary Industry) - I am not quite sure whether I understand Senator Laucke 's question, but as I do understand it I would say no because he is talking now about the operation of market forces. Adjustment payments relating to revaluation or sales tax exemption would not be designed to overcome normal market conditions that operate. They are designed to assist the industry to adjust to what the market is doing. There may be some overlapping in what I have said in respect of Senator Laucke 's question but I think I have to answer it broadly by saying no.

Bill agreed to.
