Senator KEEFFE - The Minister for Air will recall that a week or so ago I asked about the possibility of making available to Bangladesh several DC3 aircraft not currently being used by the Royal Australian Air Force. I ask the Minister: What action has been taken? What information has he been able to secure?

Senator DRAKE-BROCKMAN - As I indicated in the latter part of my answer last week, this is a matter for the Department of Foreign Affairs. I do not know whether the Minister representing the Minister for Foreign Affairs has any information but I understand that the 4 DC3 aircraft of which the honourable senator speaks have been made available to the Department of Supply for disposal. I will put the remainder of his question on notice and, when the answer conies to hand, T will give it to the honourable senator.
