Senator MURPHY (New South Wales) (Leader of the Opposition) - May it be recorded, Mr Chairman, that in the estimation of the Opposition only the members of the Opposition were voting against this clause and we did not call for a division. May I have the indulgence of the Committee to so indicate on every similar occasion, because it will shorten proceedings, rather than having divisions?

The CHAIRMAN - I accept the suggestion. No objection has been raised.

Clause agreed to.

Clauses 14 to 40 - by leave - taken together.
