Senator COTTON (New South WalesMinister for Civil Aviation) - Mr Temporary Chairman, I think that it is most proper that at this time you should put the question on this clause. But, before you do, I make the observation that the advisers in whom, of course, we would all have confidence and who have spent their lives in this field assure me that they have provided satisfactory answers. If these answers are not understood, all I can say is that I rely on the advisers. They are here; Senator Cavanagh relies on Senator James McClelland who is not here.
