Senator CAVANAGH (South Australia) - The point the Minister for Health (Senator Sir Kenneth Anderson) has just made is very helpful because it shows that he knows very little about the Public Service Arbitration Bill and that he is wrongly advised. I do not think it is fitting for the Minister to try to force a Bill through this House on wrong information and on deceit.
