Senator ROWELL (South Australia) . - I understand that some alteration has been made in the day on which the English mails are brought over the East- West railway line. I believe that the change means putting the whole of the South Australian trunk line service into full operation. I have been informed that receiving the mails one day earlier will mean an additional cost of about £50,000 to the Commonwealth Government. I would like to ask the Minister whether that is correct.
