The PRESIDENT - Order! The honorable senator is not in order in quoting any statement from the press or from individuals outside. He is not, in asking a question, entitled to make a statement himself, much less to quote a statement made by any person outside.

Senator DUNCAN - I wanted to know whether military motor lorries were used for the purpose of supplying whisky to soldiers in the Sydney Domain last Sunday.
