Senator FINDLEY (Victoria) . - I think that, in fairness to the Senate and to the community, the question I have asked should be answered. The Minister of Defence has made publicly the statement that the members of the Naval Board when he took office were not on speaking terms one with the other, and that, in his opinion, Captain Hughes Onslow was mainly responsible for that. I desire to know whether, since his retirement, the members of the Naval Board have been friendly one with another, and have resumed speaking terms?
