Senator MILLEN (New South Wales) . - I do not know whether the clause has been drafted in the form in which it appears by inadvertence or of set purpose, but it seems to me that the word "and," which follows the word "roll" first appearing, ought to read "or." If the Electoral Officer has proof that a person has ceased to be qualified for enrolment upon, a roll, that circumstance in itself justifies some steps being taken to remove him from the roll without imposing an additional condition that he must have obtained enrolment upon another roll;
