Senator WALKER (Nevv South Wales) . - I am very glad to hear the explanation of the Minister, and I am also pleased to see that it is intended to spend money upon experimental farms. Seeing that we have a railway from Port Augusta to Oodnadatta, and also from Port Darwin to Pine Creek, I should think that the time has arrived for the establishment of a railway department, and the appointment of a railway commissioner. What are the intentions of the Government in this respect ?
