Senator ST LEDGER (Queensland) . - The course to be followed in connexion with the Vancouver mail service was discussed more than once with the present Postmaster-General, and although much that was said during the discussion to which I refer was confidential, and the confidence has been respected, I can say, I think, without any breach of that confidence, that I forecasted the present position of the matter, and I now warn the Government and the Postmaster-General that it is pretty certain that, as I thought, Queensland is going to be left in this matter.
