Mr TURNER (Bradfield) - I apologise to you, Mr Speaker, for having broken in before you proposed the question. I simply wish to say that I accept the amendment.

Mr SPEAKER - Are you speaking to the amendment?

Mr TURNER - Yes-. Technically I am speaking to the amendment. I do not want to say more than a few words. I am glad that this motion has been put forward by me representing age and by my seconder representing youth. It comes very well recommended to the House from both points of view.
