Mr BARNARD (Bass) - Mr Speaker,I claim that the Minister for Defence (Mr Fairbairn) in his reply reflected upon members on this side of the House; he did not name them but nevertheless he reflected upon them. I suggest to the Minister that in view of what he said last night and of the importance of the subject, he might consult the Prime Minister (Mr McMahon) in order to facilitate a debate on this subject in the House.

Mr SPEAKER -Order! That is not a point of order or a personal explanation.
