Mr SNEDDEN (Bruce) (AttorneyGeneral) .- IfI may, on behalf of the people mentioned, I thank the honorable member for Moreton (Mr. Killen) for his remarks. I would also like to draw attention to the fact that one of the members of the Bankruptcy Committee who worked so assiduously on this task for so long, and so well, if I may say so, was our Parliamentary Draftsman, Mr. Ewens. I am very glad to be able to inform the Committee that on this occasion he was able to escape from the chains of draftsmanship and be what might be called a policy former.
