Mr SNEDDEN (Bruce) (AttorneyGeneral) . - I should say that I have had an opportunity for considerable discussion with my honorable and learned friend from Parramatta (Mr. Bowen) on this matter. We are disagreed. He may be right, but I have the authority on my side in this case, and I feel that the Government is unable to go further than it has done. However, I must pay this regard to the honorable member - that the distance the Government has gone is directly as a result of his representation.
