Mr CALWELL (MELBOURNE, VICTORIA) - Does the Prime Minister, and does his colleague the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry, who is also the Leader of the Australian Country Party, now concede the fact that it was the neutral attitude of the Liberal-Country Party coalition Government that was the chief reason for the rejection of the wool reserve prices plan at the recent referendum?
