Mr BURY (WENTWORTH, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I wish to ask the Treasurer a question concerning the reported grant of £50,000 by the Russian Government to exSenator Morrow. Is the Treasurer yet in a position to say whether this £50,000 will accrue to the normal foreign exchange receipts of Australia? Will this sum, earned in the service of a foreign power, attract income tax at the usual rate so that this super-socialist will be enabled to contribute about two-thirds of the sum to the common weal?
