Mr HAROLD HOLT (HIGGINS, VICTORIA) (Minister for Labour and National Service) . - That is the answer to the point raised by the honorable member for KingsfordSmith (Mr. Curtin) who suggests that those persons who have already performed some of their training should have that period counted as part of their period of apprenticeship. It does apply if their apprenticeship has not concluded. Quite clearly, it cannot apply if their apprenticeship has concluded.
