Mr O'CONNOR (DALLEY, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I address a question to the Minister in charge of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization. Would it be possible to draw up a list of the discoveries and inventions that can be credited to the organization? Is it the policy of the Government to recognize the efforts of the individual in such matters? In. view of the savings that have been effected as a result of some of these discoveries, particularly the Mansfield discovery, will the Minister give consideration to rewarding individuals by ex gratia monetary grants?
