Mr MORGAN (REID, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Minister for the Interior, as Minister in charge of the Directorate of Civil Defence, whether the Government's failure to enunciate any definite plans for civil defence is based on any opinion or advice of its defence advisors. If so, will he table in this House the report of those advisors? If not, will he, himself, make a progress report to the House on the civil defence organization?
