Mr PERKINS (EDEN-MONARO, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Is the Minister for the Army aware that it is strongly rumoured that our troops in New Guinea arc not adequately equipped, that the colour of their uniform makes them an easy target from land or air, and that they are not provided with fly-nets, whereas the Japanese are properly equipped?
