Mr LANE - In view of the fact that medical services may not be available to contributors to the national health and pensions insurance scheme when collections of contributions are commenced, will the Treasurer intimate that contributions will not be collected until medical services are available?

Mr CASEY - That matter is exercising the attention of the Government at the moment.
