Mr HUTCHISON (Hindmarsh) . - I am sure that the Minister must recognise that, inasmuch as we have exempted imported spirits from the condition laid down as to storage, we must also exempt spirits which are locally produced. If we intend to make any distinction between the two classes of spirits, we should not do so to the detriment of our own distillers.
