Mr CARPENTER (FREMANTLE, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - I wish to ask the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to the fact that the President of the Board of Trade is about to appoint a Commission to inquire into the question of rebates connected with oversea shipping? As this is a matter which closely affects Australian trade, will he take all necessary steps to have such representations made to that body as will put before it the position as it affects our trade ?
