Mr JOHNSON (Lang) . - I am afraid that some honorable members are in danger of seriously falling away from grace. I wish it to be distinctly understood that I do not follow either the honorable member for Dalley or the deputy leader of the Opposition in supporting this proposal, conditional upon the trawler being constructed in any part of the Commonwealth. I am only anxious that if the item is. passed we shall obtain "the besi result possible for our expenditure. If the most expert builders are to be found in Australia, and if the vessel can be constructed here as cheaply and efficiently as it can be elsewhere, by all means let us give a preference to our local builders. But let us get the best results for the money.
