Mr McCAY (Corinella) . - I do not wish the Bill to be read a second time before the Government have had an opportunity to make up what they call their "mind" in regard to the attitude which they should assume in regard to it.

Mr Frazer - It is open to the honorable and learned member to move the adjournment of the debate.
