Mr CONROY (Werriwa) - By way of personal explanation, I should like to point out that the Attorney-General has been quite wrong in his supposition, because I should very much have preferred to speak to-day on the Seat of Government Bill.

Mr Austin Chapman - The AttorneyGeneral's references were to the honorable member for Parramatta.

Mr CONROY - So far as I am personally concerned, I should have preferred to speak to-day, and I certainly understood that it was desired by the Treasurer that the debate should be adjourned, in order that certain financial measures should be put through.
