Mr ROBINSON (WANNON, VICTORIA) - Is it a fact, as stated in this morning's Age, that the Minister of Home Affairs has prepared a lucid explanation of the provisions of the Industries Preservation Bill. Does the honorable gentleman think it fair to keep from us information on this highly important and contentious measure?
