Senator WONG (South AustraliaMinister for Finance and Deregulation) (20:19): I indicate to the chamber that the government opposes the amendment. A test based solely on employees as opposed to members would allow an employer to obtain a tailored MySuper product for substantially fewer than 500 members. The government believes it is appropriate to leave the test as it is in the government's bill before the chamber.
