Senator SHERRY (Minister for Superannuation and Corporate Law) (1:09 PM) —What we are saying is that undercutting for a substantial period of time, and the impact of that on small business, is not acceptable. We are putting that in the law. What we are arguing here is that the opposition’s amendments—the two amendments we are dealing with—are, perhaps inadvertently, weakening what we are proposing to do in ensuring that recoupment is clearly contained within the bill. It is not there at the present time.
