Senator IAN CAMPBELL (Minister for the Environment and Heritage) (11:40 AM) —I do not think it would be wise to confirm that. That could be too limiting. I will just say that nothing in this limits us from doing that. We want to make sure—and I think you would agree with this—that we have the very best experts on board. I think the sentiments that were expressed in the submission that you have quoted are entirely admirable and supportable, but I think that it would be inappropriate for me to limit the appointments in those terms. But it sounds like a very sensible suggestion, which we will take on board.
