Senator MURPHY (12:09 PM) —I have some concern about that because the ABA in effect deals with issues such as licences et cetera. For the purposes of clarity and from a public interest point of view, the ABA ought be the body that would conduct such a review. That is what it is there for. I accept your point that sometimes governments might appoint somebody to do a review of something. The ABA is charged with the responsibility for doing all manner of things and it has a review process of its own, as I understand it. I would have thought this review would be added to the ABA's responsibilities. If that is not the case, I might have to consider an amendment at some point to ensure that that is the case.
