Senator HARRIS (8:47 PM) —I seek clarification from the minister. We have established that we need a physical hard copy of a document signed by a person, faxed to an authorised person or an issuing authority. At what stage would a person subject to the warrant have access to the legal documents to be able to ascertain their bona fides? The minister is distracted at the moment, so I will repeat the question.
