Senator PATTERSON (Minister for Health and Ageing) (11:08 AM) —I am advised that if there is a breach the licensing committee would pursue a prosecution. But, as I said earlier, some of these questions are very detailed and they are hypothetical. I am not trying to avoid them, but we did have a process where these sorts of questions could have been put on notice in detail and the answers could have been given. There are senators here, interested in both sides, who spent hours and hours in committee on this and there was an opportunity for those detailed questions. I believe I have given an answer and a reason as to why I will not be supporting this amendment.
