Senator TROETH (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry) (3:59 PM) —The only expense to the government is the administrative expense involved in collecting the levies before they are passed over to the new company, and that is contained within a section of the levies unit of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, which exists at present. That function and its expenses will not change. That is what exists now. That function and its associated expenses will be exactly the same.
