Senator TROETH —by leave—I realise that Senator Schacht has the advantage of knowledge which I do not have. I would simply like to say that the remarks I made during the matter of public importance debate were based not only on that report but also on anecdotal evidence provided to me from youth organisations for the homeless, which suggests that the general statement that I made is true; that the homeless allowance is still being obtained far too easily by adolescents who leave home. I would like to put that on the record.
