Senator PATTERSON (12.40 p.m.) —I cannot let that slip by. I have just checked with my staff, and we were not advised that there were concerns. Had we been so advised, I would have taken the matter to the shadow minister. Let us just say that there has been a breakdown in communications, not that Senator Crowley's office advised my office, which indicates that my office was at fault. I do not want to put blame anywhere.
